5. Collection of Personal Information

Hwasung Eleccom collects only the minimum personal information necessary for 1:1 customer inquiries. To use our services, you must enter at least the required personal information:

• Company name, representative's name, phone number, and email address for website usage.

9. Retention and Usage Period of Personal Information

We will promptly delete your personal information once the purpose of collection or provision is achieved. However, if retention is required by laws such as commercial law, we may retain your personal information for a legally mandated period.

10. Protection of Personal Information of Children Under 14

When collecting personal information from children under 14 ("children"), we obtain the consent of their legal guardian. We collect only the minimum required information (guardian's name and contact details) and follow legally stipulated methods to obtain consent. Guardians may request access, correction, or deletion of the child's personal information. If such a request is made, we will promptly take the necessary actions. We do not provide or share children's information with third parties, and if a guardian requests correction, we will suspend use and provision of the information until it is corrected.
